PRE-ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed on a preorder basis. 

Processing time: 10-15 business days

Processing begins after your order is placed.

During high demand drops or restocks, processing times may extend slightly. We appreciate your patience, as each order is fulfilled in the order it is received.

SHIPPING

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. 

Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers. weather conditions, or postal disruptions once the package has been handed over for delivery.

RETURN & STORE CREDIT POLICY

We want you to love your purchase. Please read our policy carefully before ordering.

Store credit only- All sales are final. We do not offer refunds. Eligible returns will be issued as store credit only.

Eligibility for store credit- To be eligible for store credit, your item must:

  • Be requested within 7 days of delivery
  • Be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Be in original packaging (lace, bundles, and hair must not be altered, installed. or washed)

Once your return is approved and inspected, store credit will be issues to your account or email. Store credit can be used toward any future purchase in our store. 

Please note: customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was sent in error
